The position is initially a 6-month contract that could lead to a permanent position after this period, with the team forecast to grow significantly over the course of the next 12 months. This role can also be based from home. The successful Sales Admin Coordinator will be working with one of the world’s largest process manufacturing companies, recently investing millions of pounds onto a new site in the North East, to allow them to enter into the Hygienics market.

The company is looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator to support the Supply Chain function of the business by delivering world class customer service to both internal and external customers. The Company is a globally operating business that have recently set up a brand-new manufacturing operation and therefore are looking for a Sales Admin Coordinator that can jump into a fast paced and developing working environment in the medium to long-term.

Responsibilities of the Sales Admin Coordinator;

  • Working with a market leading Business Development and Marketing team to provide support.
  • Responsibility for the implementation of CRM projects across the European chain to ensure relevant customer interactions are recorded and managed effectively.
  • Working with other European business units to ensure that key systems and information are implemented and recorded.
  • Supporting the UK Business Development team to identify, track and record leads to ensure this effectively contributes to the overarching business development strategy.

To be successful in this position as Sales Admin Coordinator, it would be beneficial to have experience working within a retailer / e-commerce company, or have previously had relationships with these companies. Any further experience working with SAP would be beneficial. A recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field and some level of industry experience will be considered.
