Crossroads Care Hertfordshire North has an exciting opportunity for a Community Support Worker – Night Worker to join our team based in the Stevenage area.

Hourly rate:

Waking Nights: £10.15 per hour
Sleeping Nights: £9.00 per hour

The Community Support Worker – Night Worker role:

To allow us to deliver our mission, we are looking to build our night worker team of passionate Support Workers to provide compassionate, person-centred care for our clients who are looking for overnight support between 10pm – 8am. As a night worker, you would be allocated work according to the hours you are available for work, preferably 2-5 nights per week. Experience as a professional carer is essential for night work.

The responsibilities as our Community Support Worker – Night Worker:

- Providing compassionate care and support for our clients
- Assisting with their personal care needs
- Ensuring care plans are implemented

We’re looking for team members that are passionate about delivering person centred care for vulnerable adults, with the ability to develop good working relationships, communicate using the English language and demonstrate care and respect for those you are supporting.
